The Volvo XC 60 T8 is a mid size plug-in hybrid that competes in the increasingly popular mid size plug in hybrid category. The Volvo XC 60 comes with a wuite of nice features, combining strength with style. A bigger electric motor and more batteries make the plug-in-hybrid SUV leaner, meaner, and cleaner. The XC 60 now comes with an extended range and extra power. The battery pack is available as a 9.1 kWh to 14.9 kWh, providing an EPA estimated 36 mile all electric drive range. At EV-chargers, we supply a range of different EV plug types that are all J1772 compatible with the Volvo XC 60 T8. The XC 60 T8 accepts power up to 3.7 killowats. As such we recommend a NEMA 14-30 or NEMA 14-50 EV plug type to maximize charging speeds. On an extended range version of the Volvo XC 60 T8, the car will be full charged in 4-5 hours allowing you to maximize your electric driving range capability. Our EV chargers can be portable or affixed to the wall as a wallbox type J1772 EV charger.
