Mercedes EQS Sedan EV Chargers

At the time of writing the EQS Sedan is launched in the 450 and 580 4MATIC Sedan versions. The Mercedes is the completely new EQS and is truly a high end luxury all electric vehicle. Electric meets high end, state of the art features. Owners we have spoken to describe its “back to the future” cabin. Given its s+F1ze and all electric nature, the Mercedes EQS comes with a large 107.8 KWh battery to provide an estimated 350 mile all electric drive range, truly spectacular. Level 1 EV chargers will not cut it with such a large battery. We recommend the fastest possible chargers, which are our level 2 40 amp NEMA 14-50 (aka Tesla plug) or 40 amp NEMA 6-50 240 volt ev chargers. Recommendation: If you do not live near a large commercial EV charging station, prefer to charge from home or prefer to charge completely overnight when electricity is cheaper (~40% cheaper in most states), then we would recommend a NEMA 14-50 40 amp 9.6 kWh Mercedes EQS Sedan EV charger. This will offer the fastest EV charger and also futureproof for your next vehicle. Charge times are fast. A NEMA 14-50 40 amp 9.6 kWh charger will charge the vehicle in ~ 12 hours (reality is the battery is never empty in practice and ~6 hours from a 50% battery).
