The Mercedes-Benz B Class premium hatchback is currently in its third generation. It was first introduced in 2005. The third generation model was launched in 2018 at the Paris Motor Show. The B Class also includes the B250e plug-in variant. The Mercedes-Benz PHEV has a 15.6 kWh EV battery with a WLTP zero-emission electric range of around 37 miles. Charge times are still the fastest and the vehicle will be fully charged from a 50% battery in around 3.5 hours (in practice when most owners recharge).
