General Delivery and Returns policy of EV Warehouse Inc.
Delivery
All deliveries to the U.S. are free, and our pricing includes shipping. The product will arrive within two to five business days, depending on your State in the U.S. Most shipments to the West Coast and East Coast. We ship via UPS and FedEx Ground in the U.S.
Canceled Orders
If an order is placed but has yet to leave our warehouse facility, a 10% cancellation fee shall apply.
Returns
Products that have been opened, unpackaged, or used are not eligible for return. Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt by the customer. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item (ev-charger, wall box, accessories, other) must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns may take up to 15 business days to process and will only be issued following an inspection to confirm that the product meets the aforementioned criteria.
Please request an RMA & obtain a prepaid shipping label.
All product returns MUST have prior authorization numbers. The customer must request and get a return material authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label. To obtain them, please contact us at [email protected]. Including a photograph of the product. The RMA number and prepaid shipping label are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Your return package must be shipped before 30 days have passed.
We will provide you with the return shipping label upon request, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your full refund. Once we have received and inspected your item, if everything is satisfactory, your refund will be issued up to 15 business days from receipt of the product and confirmation of condition.
There are no shipping charges to return. Item will ONLY be accepted for return if it is shipped with the provided prepaid shipping label.
Please then package the product securely in original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number outside the box. We will ONLY accept returns using the provided UPS prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and the product meets the returns policy, we issue the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 business days, less the 25% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please double-check your bank account statement. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please get in touch with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are discretionary and only considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days from delivery. If you need help, send us an email at [email protected], explaining your particular situation, and we’ll provide further instructions.
