This is the Limited Warranty for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and Accessories by EV Warehouse Inc.. The following terms and conditions apply to the original purchaser of the products (“Covered Owner” or “you”):
One Year Warranty:
EV Warehouse warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of installation (first use) (the “Warranty Period”), subject to the terms and conditions below.
Product Installation and Confirmation:
The product installation date must be confirmed by the Covered Owner within 30 days of installation via email to [email protected]. The email must include the installation date, serial number, model type, and order number. The installation confirmation must be complete and accurate, and the installation date shall be within six months of the purchase date. If the Covered Owner fails to confirm the installation date, the product purchase date indicated in the proof of purchase shall serve as the start date of the Warranty Period.
Warranty Coverage:
If a defect in material or workmanship exists in the product and is covered by this Limited Warranty, EV Warehouse will, at its option, repair or replace the product, or refund the actual purchase price for the product less reasonable depreciation based on use at the time that EV Warehouse is notified of the defect. However, EV Warehouse Inc. will only elect to issue a refund if it is unable to provide a replacement, and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made. Repair parts and/or replacement products may be either new or reconditioned at EV Warehouse’s discretion. These are the sole and exclusive remedies, to the extent permitted by law.
Warranty Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover damage or malfunction directly or indirectly caused by normal wear or deterioration, abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, lack of or improper use, failure to mount the charger’s control in the supplied hanger, storage or transport, and including but not limited to, the exclusions in our Limited Warranty Policy Statement. Please refer to the detailed Limited Warranty Policy Statement and exclusions that can be obtained by emailing [email protected] for further information and that was sent at the time of order placement.

1. Scope of This Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser (“Covered Owner”) of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and accessories sold by EV Warehouse Inc. through ev-chargers.com and evchargersusa.com. This warranty covers products installed in the United States, United States Territories, and Canada.
2. Warranty Period
EV Warehouse warrants its products against manufacturing defects only for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation (first use), subject to the terms below.
A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw in the product’s materials or assembly that existed at the time of manufacture and causes the product to fail to perform its intended function under normal use conditions.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers only the following:
- Defective components or materials present at the time of manufacture that cause product failure during the Warranty Period.
- Workmanship defects in product assembly that cause the product to malfunction under normal, intended use.
This warranty does not guarantee the product against normal wear, degradation, or end-of-life performance decline. Products that have functioned as intended for the majority of the Warranty Period and subsequently fail are presumed to have reached normal end of useful life and are not considered defective.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or failure caused directly or indirectly by any of the following:

| Normal Wear & Tear | Gradual degradation of components through ordinary use over time, including cable wear, connector fatigue, and cosmetic deterioration. |
| Misuse or Abuse | Use of the product in any manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, published specifications, or user documentation. |
| Improper Installation | Installation not performed in accordance with EV Warehouse guidelines, applicable electrical codes, or by an unqualified installer. |
| Environmental Damage | Damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather, flooding, lightning, power surges, voltage irregularities, or other environmental conditions beyond the product’s rated specifications. |
| Unauthorized Modification | Any alteration, repair, or modification performed by anyone other than EV Warehouse or its authorized service partners. |
| Negligence or Accident | Physical damage from drops, impacts, vehicle collisions, improper handling, or any accidental event. |
| Third-Party Components | Damage caused by use with incompatible vehicles, electrical systems, adapters, or accessories not sold or approved by EV Warehouse. |
| Cosmetic Damage | Scratches, dents, discoloration, or other surface-level damage that does not affect product function. |
| Consumable Parts | Items subject to regular replacement through normal use, including but not limited to cables, connectors, and mounting hardware. |
5. Installation Confirmation Requirement
The Covered Owner must confirm the product installation date within thirty (30) days of installation by emailing [email protected] with the following information: installation date, product serial number, model type, and order number. Installation must occur within six (6) months of the purchase date. Failure to confirm installation will result in the Warranty Period beginning on the date of purchase.
6. Warranty Remedies
If EV Warehouse determines that a valid manufacturing defect exists within the Warranty Period, EV Warehouse will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective product with a new or reconditioned unit of equal or comparable
specifications; or - Refund the original purchase price, less reasonable depreciation for use, only if repair and replacement are not commercially practicable.
These are the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Burden of Proof
The Covered Owner bears the burden of demonstrating that a product failure is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by any excluded condition listed in Section 4. EV Warehouse reserves the right to inspect and test the product before approving any warranty claim. Products that fail after extended use without evidence of a pre-existing manufacturing defect are not eligible for warranty coverage.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Warehouse’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. In no event shall EV Warehouse be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of use, lost profits, or costs of installation, removal, or reinstallation.
9. Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, EV WAREHOUSE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. General Provisions
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or province.
- EV Warehouse reserves the right to request proof of purchase, photographs, and/or return of the product for inspection prior to processing any claim.
- This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
- EV Warehouse reserves the right to update this warranty policy for future purchases. Changes do not apply retroactively to products already sold.
