Rivian continues to expand its succesful truck / large SUV range with owners loving the extra battery power and driving range. The popular R1T comes with a larger 180 killowat battery, which adds electric driving range mileage. It is also known in dealerships as the “Max Pack” We receive requests for EV chargers for both new and used Rivians. We recommend the highest power EV chargers and suggest level 2 240 volt EV chargers due to the large battery size and acceptance rate (how quickly the charge). Recommendation: Our most popular EV chargers are the NEMA 14-50 40 amp EV charger and the Wallbox Pulsar 11.5 kWh EV charger. Charge times are fast. From a 50% battery, in practice when most EV owners will re-charge, the Rivian R1S Dual Motor 180 kwh battery pack will be full charged in around 9-10 hours (an overnight EV charge)
