Mercedes S 580 e Plug in hybrid EV Chargers

More commonly called the 580e, the plug-in hybrid S-Class uses the same turbocharged 3.0-liter gas engine from the base S500 model. The addition of a large 28-kilowatt-hour battery pack ( 50% larger than most batteries used for plug-in hybrids) for a combined total output of 510 horsepower (380 kilowatts). The Mercedes S 580 e plug-in hybrid also has a large battery acceptance rate (how fast the battery can accept power), which makes it suitable for level 2 240 volt chargers.
