The table shows the fastest Jaguar home charger is a Level 2 NEMA 14-50 EV charger.
The Jaguar EV range uses the J1772 Type 1 Charger connector which is the North America charging standard, the functionality of this charger is the head of the connector which plugs into the Jaguar charging port. The charging rate for the EV will depend on the model, as the all-electric Jaguar I-Pace has a maximum alternating current (AC) of 7kWh, whereas Jaguar PHEV models have a smaller AC of 3.7kWh. This is determined by the cars on-board software and will not accept charge above this rate.
Jaguar EV models are currently non-compatible with NACs charger connectors which is the Tesla standard charger types.

DC Commercial fast charging is available with Jaguar all-electric range models, however not compatible with plug-in hybrid vehicles.
A Level 2 NEMA EV charger is the fastest Jaguar home charger, available in both 14-50 or 6-50 charger types.
All Jaguar models use a J1772 Type 1 EV charger, Jaguars are not yet compatible with NACs charger connectors.
Level 1 EV charging is not suitable for all-electric Jaguar models as a full electric charge will take 60 hours. A full charge for Jaguar PHEV will take 10-11 hours, however Level 2 charging will reduce this to 4.25 hours.
Most EV chargers are interchangeable and universal, therefore your Jaguar can use any commercial EV charger, not just the OEM chargers.
At EV chargers, our most popular Jaguar charger is the NEMA 14-50 Level 2 EV charger. Generally, an electrician is required to install the EV outlet.
The main benefits of Level 2 Jaguar home chargers are added convenience, speed and costs.
Our high power level 2 EV chargers will achieve a full EV charge in around 10 hours. Alternatively, we have a complete range of Jaguar EV chargers with all different EV plug types.
