Ford extends its famous F-150 brand to an extended range option. The extended range adds around 100 miles of electric driving distance putting it on a par with many electrified SUVs. The EPA estimated range increases to 320 miles. We supply a range of level 2 J1772 240 volt EV chargers for Ford and for the F-150 Lightening. Recommendation: Given the size of battery, we recommend our AEFA 14-50 40 amp, 9.6 kWh EV Charger or Wallbox Pulsar Hardwired 48 amp, 11.5 kWh EV Charger. The Pulsar Wallbox will reduced charge times by around 15%. Both EV chargers will power the battery quickly. From a 50% battery (in practice when most EV owners will re-charge), the car will be fully charged in 6-7 hours.
